SuprGTM Privacy Policy
SuprGTM provides an agentic platform for end-to-end business outreach. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, use our platform, or contact us.
Information we collect and use
- Account and inquiry information. We use your name, work email, organization, account role, and messages you send us to manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and provide support.
- Workspace and business contact information. We use company and contact records, professional details, and uploaded materials to research companies, enrich contacts, and prepare outreach drafts. This information may come from customers, public sources, and business data providers.
- Technical information. We use information such as IP addresses, browser details, and service logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. The platform uses browser storage to support sign-in and remember preferences.
Connected Gmail
If you connect Gmail, SuprGTM accesses your Google account identity, authorization information, and Gmail messages, including message details, content, and attachments. We use this information to sync conversations associated with workspace contacts, display them to authorized workspace users, and show communication activity.
We store imported information securely and use cloud service providers to operate the integration. We do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized AI models.
You can disconnect Gmail in Settings → Personal or revoke access through your Google Account. Previously imported conversations and attachments remain in the workspace. Syncing may continue if another workspace user has authorized the same mailbox. You can contact us to request deletion of imported data.
SuprGTM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy
Sharing and retention
We share information with authorized workspace users and with providers that support hosting, authentication, research, enrichment, and AI-assisted features. The limits described in the Connected Gmail section apply to Google user data. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. When we process workspace data on behalf of a customer, we handle it under our agreement with that customer.
Your rights and contact
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent, or complain to the relevant authority. For information managed by your organization, you may also contact your workspace administrator.
